CTL is a leader in providing Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for highway and construction projects ranging from small rural roads and residences, to Interstate highways and multistory commercial structures.
CTL is prequalified by the Florida Department of Transportation to provide testing and inspection services, and has been involved with the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) projects since the initial QC2000 pilot project program with continued success through completion of numerous state road reconstruction projects including major arterial roads such as US Hwy 27, SR 98, SR 44, and US Hwy 441.
CTL has adapted our facilities and personnel to provide CEI and CQC services by working with contractors within the framework set by the Department through a spirit of cooperation and partnering to make the transition to CQC a successful and beneficial program for both parties.
CTL Staff has developed into a team recognized by leaders in the industries of road building and construction as dedicated professionals, capable of resolving issues, to ensure continued progress toward quality end products. Our staff has undergone years of training and have demonstrated proficiency in testing and inspection capabilities, as evidenced by certifications and qualifications by the Construction Training and Qualification Program (CTQP), the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Construction Materials Engineering Council (CMEC).
Our field inspectors and laboratory technicians are coordinated to provide the most efficient turn around times possible to ensure uninterrupted progress of the work.
